Mangiato was established by Anita Rodeghiero and Georgia Munro in 2021. Their dream was to create the opportunity for their local community to experience the delicious modern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine they that they both love. And using local top quality produce. Chef Anita has an Italian background and over 30 years experience in the kitchen. She is dedicated to putting only the best quality produce on the table. Maître d' Georgia has a background in horticulture and is passionate about supporting local and ethical farming. Both are avid gardeners and grow their own organic fruit and vegetables to bring to your table.
